Placed an order for four small items which I verified were in stock.  Credit card was billed instantly and confirmation of order was emailed.  After six days, no status. Contact at company said still being processed, and they even used covid as a continuing excuse.  Using that excuse they obviously knew they were totally unprepared for service.  Is it my fault as the customer who has already been charged? Sent them request to have order cancelled completed and asked for refund.  Day later finally got email saying order couldn't be cancelled because it was in the warehouse being processed.  What?  It hasn't left their premises and saying the order can't be intercepted and stopped?  Email indicated I could return order "after delivery".  How naive can they think I am with this obvious deceptive and disgusting practice?  They've had my payment for almost two weeks, and not only provided no status of order, they expect me to believe it's being processed in the warehouse and can't be recalled or stopped.  

This order is over a hundred dollars.  I'm making the effort of filing conplaints with the Better Business Bur., and also the attorney generals office of ny state.  Additionally I'll be filing a report with the Federal Trade Commision.  Where do these companies get off trying to take advantage of people, especially seniors?  If this kind of service had not obviously worked for them in the past, they would obviously not conduct themselves this way.
