The seller did not complete the mandatory customs declaration form. As customs had no contact details for me - items were returned to seller. Seller refused to issue a refund. Alibaba dispute team was wprse than useless. Misinterpreting that items were still enroute. Every time you reach customer dupport via chat, who can see that items were returned. They promise to escalate this. The reply via email comes back with the same copy and paste text. In a nut shell, the seller will be continuesly making profit from the same items. Sending them out without competing mandatory customs declaration forms. Seller's team is extremely rude. I was very surprised what replies I received.
