I ordered contacts for my daughter. The wrong ones were sent and I returned them by a ups label emailed by !800contacts. They were received August6 and I was told to have my refund of $171.16 on my card by the 10th of August. The refund did not happen. Called back and was told it would now be processed by the 15th. Still no reund. Then I was told it will be processed on the 2oth and be in my card account by the 26th. Still no refund. Then I was told it was processed the 30th of August and I would have it by the 6th of Sept. Still no refund. Called the 6th and was told that it had been sent on the 30th and I should call my bank. I did and my bank had no record of receiving anything from 1800contacts. Called 1800 back and was told that they had processed the refund that very day(the 6th) and I will receive it in a few days. I do not believe them. I get a different story each time pushing the refund date further out. I am turning in a claim to my bank against 1800 contacts. I will not give up and go away. I want my $171.16 back!
