1 and2 Automotive Down payment stolen Dallas Texas
Do not trust these guys, web site says a family business but that is just an excuse. A business to rip you off. Test drove a Toyota Tundra truck there, it had broken windshield (which Michael Lochlear stated would be covered by down payment if they replaced it...so basically I was still having to pay for it), dents on the body and tore seats, way over priced. When we went inside Michael Lochlear was trying to get me into a deal; but the more I thought about it the more I felt like I was getting screwed,
when I backed out of the deal he got so mad that he quit on the spot and walked out. He never gave me a receipt for the down payment I had given him prior to signing anything. Now they are saying that I need a receipt to get my down payment back. And now Micheal Lochlear doesn't remember anything. Really???? What a thief and liar. Then you speak to the sales manager Paul Diaz, whom admited to me that he remembers when Michael quit but he can't pull up anything he did on my deal,
although they have cameras, computers and accounting department that takes the money to deposit it, and you don't show an extra $2000 or show any records of I being there, lets back up your hard drive and we'll see where Michael pulled up my name. Paul and Michael are good friends so they will help cover for each other. I even put a complaint with Better Business Bureaus and they wouldn't even respond to them to try to resolve the matter, just goes to show you that they will do anything to steal from you. DO NOT GO THERE....STAY AWAY!!!! Do not deal with Michael Lochlear or Paul Diaz.
