Complaint Review: 1 Reality Enterprises Cydor - Toronto Ontario

I have requested that this thread be removed but so far have not heard back from the webmaster. In the meantime, I would like to update this thread. Since I last wrote, I did receive my pay for the few days that I worked for this company. They contacted me and had me come in for the cheque. They did not steal my cheque from me and I just wanted to bring that information forth. Each person has to make his or her own decision as to whether this, or any other company is a good company to work for. I was a little hasty in starting this thread as I had not truly thought out things and only wanted to do what was right, I was too hasty in making accusations and for that I am sorry.

I am writing to inform everyone that you must not believe everything in print unless you have proof and evidence to back up your claim. I disagree with the statements made by the person who filed this report. This person worked there 3 days and within that time decided that this career opportunity was not for her. Perhaps she just couldn't handle working for her paycheck like everyone else who works hard climbing the ladder of success.Yes,the owner of 1 Realty Enterprises is now also the owner of 4 other offices.This very successful marketing firm has been operating for over a year with the average earnings of its sales staff at approximately $800./week. Everyone gets enumerated based on their CONTRIBUTION not their position. Their is no theft occuring here just some people too lazy to actually work for their income. Due to an increase in the success of their sales and management team the company required larger office space and relocated within the same building. Why would they remain in the same buidling if they had something to hide? While in the expansion and growth phase this firm periodically does mass hiring because they are looking for trainable individuals with the enthusiasm and desire to succeed. They weed out the people who are just looking for a "job" and are more interested in the goal oriented, success driven achievers, to form their sales and management team. My daughter is a good example of this. She joined this business 1 year ago with no experience in sales/marketing. She had an idea of what success meant to her and knew that 1 Realty Enterprises was the vehicle which would help her reach her goal. She has worked very hard to get to the management position. A person must be willing to learn from others, take direction easily and show their enthusiasm on a day to day basis. I am thankful to the owner for having the vision, drive and desire to offer these sales and management positions with full training to anyone who is willing to learn. I was fortunate enough to meet and speak with the owner of this company. I found him to be extremely intelligent, goal driven, honest, kind and to the point. His no nonsense attitude has enabled him to build a fortress of success. What's truly amazing about this young man is that he is willing to share his success with others by teaching them how to get where he is in a much shorter amount of time. This man is walking among the great leaders of our time and I'm happy for his success and for the future of everyone in his Very Successful Marketing Firm.
