Hi, girls, i am just pregnant and have some days off from work, and just see your report on the www.riofferport.com about the 100weddingdress.com. I am really so sorry to hear that, the dress is not fit you, and do not nice on you.
I have bought 5 bridesmaid dress and my wedding dress from them before for my November wedding last year . yeah, their price is so cheap, and beyond my expect. I have taken a big risk to buy from them, and send the the detailed size and confirm the material, and ask them to send me the fabric swatch before ordering the dress to confirm the color. And last my dress comes nice and fit very well.
So my experience, we need to confirm all the information with them, and then go to order it, i think this information will be useful for you.
According to your matters, i think you need to talk to them, and trying ask for a refund.

Dispute thru credit card company. Refund will be established so long as you also comply and return the dress. Its unfortunate that a business makes such poor quality items. Its unfortunate that a local seamstress or even a dress sale couldn't have been chosen. With a tailored dress, you do not buy sight unseen or without trying on first. A Customer dress does require you to be there. There is guilt to both sides of this transaction.
Again, dispute with your creditor and follow process.
