This issue was resolved back in 2002, an email was sent to the customer which informed him that this was on back order, and would take an additional 4-6 weeks to process. The item was on back order @ the manufacturer, so we had no control over it's delivery time. A refund was issued in July 2002 for the full amount. I work in the billing department, and have a record of this transaction from the time we received it to the time I, personally, refunded his card. If he thought we were a fraudulent company, all he had to do was contact his bank and inform them of the fact, and his $50 order would have been credited back to his account by them. We are not a fraudulent company, and have been in business since 1992. We've have been selling online since 1995. We recently underwent an ownership change, and things have only gotten better, with same day & free ground shipping. Our site has been updated, and we have a new phone system, which routes callers to the appropriate department.
