I placed and order on December 2, 2003 for inkjet cartridges and I mailed them the money. I waited about two weeks and contacted them for the status of my order. They said, they were waiting for the money to arrive. (I have a copy of the check and it was CASHED the same day, they said they had not received it.) The check had already been cashed and they had to have a record of that!!
I told them to just cancel the order and return MY MONEY!! I was told they would do that. Waited a couple more weeks and received nothing!!!!!!
Called several more times and talked to several different people and I was told they saw the mistake and would return my money.
WELL, it is now February 4 and I called again. I talked to the supervisor and was told he would check (THE SAME THING I WAS TOLD ALL THE OTHER TIMES BEFORE). Well, after waiting nine (9) weeks, I still do not have any inkjet cartridges or my money back! They seem to think, they can keep the money and send nothing and I will just forget it.
Needless to say, I will NEVER ORDER from THEM AGAIN!!! BUT, I will get my money back!!!

After writing to the BBB in Santa Barbara, CA. I asked them for help and they sent a letter to the aboved named company! The company sent me a check for the amount in the complaint only one week after receiving the letter from the BBB. To the others that were ripped off by these people, contact the BBB and see if they can help you. They helped me. The people at 123.inkjets all of a sudden found the time to send me my money. GOOD LUCK!!
