In April 2014 I placed and order #100018112 for $509,95 with 123Mountain and after a month of not receiving the item I decided to cancel my order. During that time I made numerous calls and online chat (Igor) and I never got any certainty about whether the items were on its way. There seems to be no transparency about their suppliers and in hind side I don’t think they even have suppliers.

Once I decided to cancel they send me a credit memo saying they deduct $140 for the cancellation which was non-negotiable.

Two weeks later I have not received the money. Once again I phone and could not get them to confirm the account they paid my money back too or when the refund was made. Shortly after I was cut off very rudely.

This is clearly a sham from what I read from other sham reports and I am determined to get my money back the legal way. I´m looking for others that were shammed so we can hire a lawyer together and go after them
