1800flower is the worst place to order flowers unless you like your money to be stolen. Ordered flowers for Valentine's day for my mother to be delivered on february 13th but the flowers didn't arrive until february 16th. Not only did they deliver the flowers late, the flowers were basically dried up and dead!! 

Called customer service on the 14th to get an update on the order. The customer service agent said sorry for the delay and that the flowers will be arriving by 7pm. If flowers do not arrive, i will be refunded the full amount of 74 dollars. 

Let's jump to monday the 16th when the flowers arrived in the morning. The flowers were dried up and were all dead. There was no water in the vase as well. As I was unsatisfied with the product I had the flowers sent back. I proceeded to call 1800flowers to lodge my complaint and to ask for a full refund as promised from a couple of days ago. 

When I spoke with a customer rep, she promptly told me that they would issue a 20 dollar store credit and only a 50% refund! Wow, never heard such BS in my life. Paying 50% for someting without getting anything. Guess stealing money is the only way 1800flowers makes money cause obviously they don't understand the concept of proper business. Usually when people pay, they get something in return. However, 1800flowers doesn't seem to abide by those rules. For them, it's lets rip the customers off by not sending orders on time and to have them pay 50% for something they don't get. 

 

THIEVES, THIEVES, THIEVES I tell ya!! To make matters worse, this is the second time 1800flowers has screwed me over. I thought I would give them a second try but WHAT A MISTAKE that was!!! PLEASE DONT EVER USE 1800FLOWERS unless you like paying for things you don't get!!
