I ordered flowers for Mother's Day as the company, www.180066Roses.com website indicated they were guaranteed to be received on Mother's Day.

I charged the order to my credit card, but the flowers were NEVER delivered. I tried several times throughout the days following to contact the company, however, their phone lines were ALWAYS busy! The one time the phone rang, the automated service dumped me into a voice mail option. I left a message, however, no body bothered to return my phone calls. I send email messages and again, NO replies!

Realizing I was ripped off, I contacted the State Attorney General Office in WA to report the fraud. While waiting to hear back from them about their investigation, I continued to contact the company, with no success. Then, I noticed an "emergency order" phone number, posted on their website, so I called it. Finally a live person answered the phone. I told him I was trying to call Affordable Flowers to place an "emergency order" and asked if I had the right phone number. He said I did and asked what I would like to order. I asked him his name. To which he responded, "Jwed Mandair". (I asked him to spell it for me.) I told him I really didn't want to order anything, I was trying to contact his company to inquire about my Order that was NEVER delivered. He indicated they were very busy catching up on the Mother's Day rush (2 weeks after the fact) and I would need to call the business phone number during business hours. I told him the phone is always busy and I wasn't able to get through and no body returned my call when I left a message the only time I was able to get through. He had no response other than to tell me to call the business during business hours as HE WAS TAKING A NAP AND I DISTURBED HIS SLEEP! I just hung up and allowed the State Attorney's office do their job. About 1 week later, I received a phone call from Affordable Flowers apologizing for my "inconvenience" and were refunding me my full order amount of $54.66. About a week and 1/2 later, the credit appeared on my credit card account.

First & foremost DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company, however, if you've already been victimized, try the following steps. This is what I did to get the company to refund my money. They issued credited my account for the full amount of my order. 1. Logon to thebbb.org to file a complaint with the BBB (serving Alaska, Oregon & Western Washington). (This will help alert future consumers' of their business practices.) www.thebbb.org 2. Logon to atg.wa.gov to file a complaint with the State of Washington Attorney General's Office. (This will help to put Affordable Flowers out of business.) 3. Contact the owner, Jwed Mandair, on his cell phone at (604) 644-2222. This phone number is posted on 180066Roses.com website for "emergency orders", but I was able to speak with him directly when I called this #. He won't care about your issue, but if everyone calls this phone number he might get tired of his phone ringing off the hook and decide it's not worth headache. 4. Within 3 weeks of filing my complaint with the State Attorney Generals office, I received a full refund, however, if your situtation is different and you don't accomplish anything as a result of your complaint then contact your credit card company to dispute the charges. Provide them with copies of all filed complaints and a log of all the times your attempted to contact Affordable Flowers to resolve this issue directly. (Hopefully, Credit Card companies will no longer allow charges for this company, which may not put them out of business, but would significantly reduce the # of consumers they can scam!)
