 I ordered flowers for my mother who was in the hospital.  i paid additional money for same day delivery.  The flowers were not delivered, i was not called or emailed with notification they were not goign to deliver them.  When I called them at 5pm that day, they had told me they did not have a florist to fulfill the order.  It would have been nice if they could have communicated that to me, with one of the several methods of communication they had availablee to them.  Never the less, I was told they had refunded my money on about 10 different occasions now.  I had used paypal, they have not refunded my money, it has been 10 days now. 

I spoke to their "billing" department, after speaking with one of the most useless and inept people ive spoken to in a long time, i was told it would take 30 days.. it is 2015... nothing takes 30 days unless you choose to do nothing about it, which is clearly what they have chosen to do.  When i asked to speak to her supervisor, i was told "she will call you back at her earliest convienience"  it has been 3 days.. i guess it has not been convient for her yet.  All i really wwant them to do is return my money in a timely fashion.  ALSO... knowing now that they do not have a florist able to fulfill the order, i could go on their website right now and place the same order again.... so they have no problem repeating this scandal... what a terrible company... give me back my money.. today, not in 30 days.. it is 2015.
