So I am a customer of TMobile. Every Tuesday they make arrangements with other companies to offer things to their customers. This Tuesday was sponsored by 1800 Flowers. First I must say I have never had an issue with any of the vendors that TMobile has purchased gifts for us through. So the deal that was given was $15 off +14.99 off shipping charges for a total value of $29.99 off. The very next line read "No need to spend $15 required. Which $15 is what is off so there is no purchase required. Well I tried to make a purchase for an arrangement for $19.99. It kept saying I could not use promo codes with some program they have. I kept trying to remove that program but it didn't have a way. So I called and explained to the representative what was going on. She tried to tell me I had to purchase an arrangement for $29.99. I explained I had it in writing not just not saying that but specifically saying I did not have to do that. She continued to argue. I asked for her supervisor. She refused to give me her supervisor. I called back and asked the next representative rite off for the supervisor and she said she could help me and I again requested her supervisor. She insisted I let her help me. And then she did the same thing. It's like they think if they say it enough it will make it true. It is illegal to advertise something and then refuse to honor that. After explaining I would file a class action law suit I finally got a supervisor. In the background I could hear numerous representatives dealing with the same issue with other customers with this exact issue. We cannot all be wrong. And when it's in writing it they cannot dispute it happened and what it says. The supervisor continued to refuse to honor the promotion that was offered. I plan on contacting an Attourney that deals with class action lawsuits. This company has real issues with integrity.
