I purchased a Sealy mattress from 1800mattress and exchanged the Sealy mattress because it was not as comfortable as I thought it was going to be.
I exchanged the Sealy mattress for a Serta mattress which was $200 less. After the exchange was made I asked for a refund and was told that they dont do refunds. I was told that I would have a credit with the company for $200.00.
I feel that this is a Ripoff!! I dont buy a new mattress every two weeks! It will be years before I buy a new mattress and after finding out that they would not refund my money I have no desire to buy another mattress from them.
I dont know if there is anything that can be done to try and retrieve my $200.00, but I believe people should be made aware of this ripoff! http://www.mattress.com/default.asp
