Complaint Review: 1spirituallovecoach.com/services.html - Miami Florida

I seen the website for 1spirituallovecoach.com/services for a free reading so I called and she answered and seemed to be very compassionate and seemed to be quite sincere in wanting to help. As she went on about my situation she then told me that she could help bring me and my ex back together for a mere donation of 70 dollars and that I would need to CVS and get a green dot money pak and give her the numbers off of it and to get white and green tea light candles so I did. She told me that if I did not get results she would give me a full refund of my money and that she guaranteed her services 100%. She then called me back with a different number of 305-613-9892.
She had me light one of each of the candles and told me to meditate on all the good things between us and say a chant so I did. she also told me not to contact him in any way and to let him come to me. she told me that I would see results within 24 to 48 hours. She then told me that if he contacted me not to answer or respond until he contacted me at least 3 times and then I could respond to him, by chance he did call within a couple days which was not unusual, but I did not answer. She told me to call her right away if he did try to contact me, I see now this was a way to get more money.
After he tried to call me I immediatley called her and she did answer and told me that she had to perform a ritual with two figuirines which would cost 1,800 dollars but that I would get the money back the next day minus 16 dollars. I told her there was no way that I had that kind of money. She then proceeded to tell me that she could get most of it from the church if I could give 250 dollars and would get it back the next day by western union or pay pal. I did as she asked even though it was all I had but I was believing in her. 
She then told me to perform another meditation or chant to focus on the good things at which time I did so. Now that I look back she was very eager to answer when she was going to recieve the money by would not answer or return calls afterwards. It is apparent that she does not expect an ex to call as much as three times therefor she can stretch things out to keep the con going and to get more money out of me because she did not ask for the 250 dollars until I had told her that he had tried to call me once.  
After I gave her the number from the green dot card, she then told me to cut them up 6 times and blow them out away from the house to get rid of the bad luck, so I did. I have tried to contact her at both numbers several times since to find out about getting my money returned and have not been able to get an answer. Nor have I gotten my money back.
 I still have the reciepts for the money paks but not the cards. It seems to me she should face criminal charges for what she is doing is fraud. I did do a reverse number check on the  305-613-9892 and it came up with the name Conad Mitchell in Miami-Dade County in Florida with Miami listed as the city, it even gave the longitude and latitude of where this number is located (Lat. 25.77, Long. -80.19), I also recorded some of the conversations that I had with her where she did promise to return the money to me. If you guarantee you services for 100% or your money back that is exactly what needs to happen, I am willing to file charges with the necessary people if that is what it will take to stop her. I was counting on getting the money back and when it was not returned it hurt me very much financially. to this day I have yet to get an answer or my money.
