First CAPITAL CONSUMER rip off scam con artists Ontario
They told me that I am approved for a 2000.00 credit card, all that was needed was for me to pay the processing fee's of 199.00 I paid them there money and I never heard from them again. I attempted to call them but I could never get anyone on the telephone!
