2 detail divas Darcey phillps Scam,and overbilled Clearwater Florida
I hired this company before i read the online reviews and she came recommended by Wilcox nursurey,I will not be returning to them either due to the fact they must not know what they are talking about if they recommend a company like this , now i know what people are talking about in the other reviews. In the morning Darcey came to my house, stinking drunk and slurring she reaked of burbon and week old sweat complained endlessly about how i dont use native plants in my landscape. i wrote it off as not that big of a deal, i instructed her of what i wanted done in my yard and left for work. when i arrived home later that day i was shocked and horrifed of what they ended up doing. She and her crew ended up doing EVERYTHING i instructed her NOT to do. Plants were missing plants were reduced to the point where everything looked bare and ugly. Its like going to a salon and asking for a trim instead the stylist complains about your hair and drunkly shaves it all off while your not looking.
I have filed a report with the BBB and hope to get some reperations to re-landscape my yard since my plants are not coming back from the damage she did.
