2000 Ontario Realty Inc Written agreement between ourselves and Ontario were not honored, promised refund to (seller, us) of 1,156 if property was not sold within 180 days. Contract was signed November 29th, 2010 and I do h London, Ontario
I am seeking refund from 2000 Realty (Ontario) INC, as promised in our contract agreements. I have called the company for the last two months, spoke with a man named Chris, which said he could put my property back up for sale, I told him that I do not want it listed again, but want my refund as stated in our contract. The company will not answer or return any phone calls.
