Hello, My name is Tonya I was looking for work from home. I filled out a questionare that would match me with a good company. I receive a call from William from 24hr CASH FLOW. William stated that they have a great reputation from there clients and that there were ABSOLUTELY no complaints. I asked him where they members of the BBB.William replied Yes and stated that they were also members of net track. I then checked there was nothing that stated other wise. OKAY I order the silver package for 149.00 and was told that I would receive my package in the mail within 7-10 business days.
I asked William if there would be any additional charges he stated no that's it and that they did all of the advertising for you. So I received the package well lowe and behold I completed 3 out of the 4 pages required then what's this there is additional FEES for engine submission. 1.00 for the not so popular then 2.00 per submission for the intermediate. Then 5.00 per submission for the major search engines such as Google Yahoo etc. So I receive a call the day after receiving the package from my so called BUSINESS COACH.
I then informed him that I was not happy and that I asked before paying were there any additional FEES. He replied well let me send you to the advertising dept. Well I talked to a woman for maybe a minute. Then she say's let me finish this call and call you back well of couse she didn't. About an hour later I received another call from another rep asking did I get the package and did I need help filling it out. Basically let me get your search engine information so that I can make more money from you. I asked him what was their refund policy he stated 90 days. I was instructed to call the customer service dept for the refund. What do you know no one answered. I am not signing any of these documents and returning them since I know that once they have me signature I can throw away my refund. I would like to say to any one out there looking to start making money from home to stay far away from this COMPANY. They make their money off of people like me and you.

I Tonya Hinton would like to RETRACT the above complaint that I have placed against the above company. I originally thought I was being blown off. I have been ripped off before and never once did I receive a follow up call to try and resolve any conflicting issues. I received a call today 6-09-05 from a gentleman by the name of Jimi Taft. I must say that he truly stands behind his company and will go an extra mile and a half to try and make his customers Happy. I must say that this was truely an Error and a simple Misunderstanding. I would like to make an public apology to Mr. Taft and his organization for posting this complaint and I hope that this can somewhat mend some of the damages that I have caused. I will say that if anyone is looking to start a home based business than this is a company that you would want to join. I Tonya Hinton will stand by my own statements and confirm that this company truly stands by their customers. I Tonya Hinton would like for anyone reading this information who are wondering about the company to take my amended statements as proof that they do what they say they will do for you.
