Google found this site rather easy. I just didn't think I could locate Stephen Hill's n**i behavior so easily! How can 24 hour be so dense as to let this jerk run their customers off? If a customer won't pay, ask them to leave, but why insult them and attempt to humiliate them too?

This 24 hour employee will not, from what I can tell, honor the "week free" pass. He just sat there saying that the deal was "too good" and "you don't care about the free week, this lifetime opportunity won't be here tommorrow. Now how could any thinking person not accept that?" WHAT AN A**! He gets in your face, his breath is awful, and his attitude is worse! Does it take a lawsuit? The first guy above should sue the SOB!!!!

24 Hour Fitness Rewards Bad Behavior

#2Consumer Comment

Sat, May 07, 2005

The problem with 24 Hour Fitness is that its CEO, Mark Mastrov, is so devoid of any sense of ethics that he has made it company policy to reward these miscreants so long as they make money for him. Last year they lost a $3.5 million dollar lawsuit for sexual harassment, and one of the perpetators, Will Rhodes, was actually promoted even though he was one of eight employees who were directly responsible for that ridiculous fiasco. And then their spokesdummy, Allyson Savage, has the unmitigated gall to make a media statement claiming that the victim, Cynthia Malek, was lying despite the fact that there was an overwhelming amount of evidence to the contrary. So perhaps this is why their investors are starting to pull out; because they don't want to be associated with a corporation that is stupid enough to condone this type of behavior, and then lose in court. Right now, they're being investigated for racketeering, violations of labor laws, consumer protection laws, and the list goes on an on. So it's just a matter of time before they bring enough attention to themselves to get reamed by the government. Because they certainly have asked for it. And their little dogs, too!
