We lost our only set of car keys and called the number 866-858-0021 for 24hr-expert-locksmith.com. The company sent out one of their contractors (Ben Levi, or "Vilon" Levi - not sure about the spelling of Vilon), who arrived in an unmarked, beat-up black van. In the back of the van, he laser cut a key. While he was doing that, my wife found our original key. We paid him anyway, but as he was about to drive off, we discovered that his key did not work in our car's door lock (only the ignition).
He sprayed WD40 on the key and jammed it into the lock, hammering it with his hand. From that point on, something started jiggling inside the lock like it's broken, and even our original key won't unlock it. The tech promised to fix it, but drove off with our money and never came back.

They increase the price of the service each step of the way, manipulating and bullying people into paying more for shoddy work by unlicensed locksmiths. Their stated address is:
