Zeb the manager at 2B Wireless is a complete jerk. He over charged me for a new cell phone by $160.00. The company refuses to assist me with the problem. I have made several phone calls to the company and no assistance. The company will not allow me to return my phone either. Zeb and his boss Chris are very rude and seem to not care about the situation. TMobile states that they can't assist me since it is an Authorized Dealer. You should stay away from 2B Wireless since they like to rip you off.

Dear Travis in Buckeye, I am very familiar with your situation because I personally handled your sale of your phone. If I remember correctly you bought a phone and saw it somewhere else for a lower price. When you came back in about the issue you were past the 14 exchange period that T-Mobile offers. When shopping for a cell phone you should know that places like Wal-Mart (due to there size) take the T-mobile Rebates off the price and are credited later. What you should also know that you got a great phone and great service with one of the fastest growing networks in the country. T-Mobile has also been rated #1 by J.D. Powers and Associates for the past three years in a row. That should tell you something about our service. We are truly sorry that you didn't shop around and find the best deal to save the most pennies. 2BWireless happens to be the largest T-Mobile Exclusive Authorized Dealer in the state of Arizona. If you have T-Mobile service in Arizona there is a 1 in 3 chance you got it from us. Phone prices fluxuate all the time. Rebates change everyday. We are not Talking about $160.00 we are talking about $50 at the most. The great thing about coming to a 2BWireless store is you a greeted by experts of T-mobile service, features, and products. Sometimes people are willing to pay a little more for what we offer. If you want to shop at Wal-Mart be my guest.
