2nd Story Software Tax Act professional tax software, income tax software, tax preparation, Cedar Rapids Iowa
I am a tax preparer using TaxAct software. I have been having troubles getting in touch with tech support. The phone is always busy and if I send an email, they will answer in 2 to 3 days. Mean while I am losing business.
Don't use this software because you cannot get tech support. I had this software for 3 days already and I cannot do my job. Next year I plan to use another software company.
