Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I paid to have my 2 bedroom apartment packed. Only thing left to do was to remove linens on 2 beds. I made the mistake of leaving the movers at the old address, while I signed the lease at the new address.

The moving company charged me a 100 show up fee. 150 per hour fee. I should have took 2 hours.

I did not have a living room, nor big screen. Just boxes.

I was moving 8 miles down the street. These guys stood around, chatted, leaned on trees. Used one dolly. When I was at the other location they told me they were on their way.

I rushed to get the keys. I had them on speaker, the leasing agent was listening to them. I called back when I didnt see the truck 10 minutes later. They said they were still at the old location loading ONE BOX. The leasing agent said 'I thought they said they were on their way'.

When they finally arrived I asked if they wanted food or drinks. Ricky said yes. I went and checked on my son and then purchased sandwiches, fries and drinks $30. I was gone 45 minutes. They should have been finished.

Each box were marked all over which room to go. The truck was 1/2 way unloaded. I was LIVID. Then they took a LONG break to eat. I didnt eat or drink.

I had a mini fridge in my room in a box I needed to be taken out. They refused. I needed my washer and dryer pluged back up. They said no. I needed my bed put together. no.

While in my unit they shuffled around wasting time. I kept saying hurry up in English and Spanish. I didnt have alot of money in English and Spanish.

They PURPOSELY took their time the total was $785.

I have lived in apartments for 20 years. I have NEVER paid that much. I used this same company years ago. For a pack AND a move I paid a little over $600 before and my addresses were 45 minutes apart.

Now I drive an expensive car. I dont own it. I told Ricky that, just in case they had the wrong impression.

I wrote Norma the customer service manager an email. I told her I was a child of God and for my treatment He was going to punish their company. I was nice, I fed them and in return I was charged $1300. NOT POSSIBLE.

The definition of rip off artists. Left my bank account with $70 dollars for a week. If I would have known that I would have rented a UHaul and found some guys at Home Depot.
