Dear Sir or Madam,
The owner Gina Buccola runs a very dishonest business of stealing from trusting customers who consign their clothing and very expensive brands. I fell victim to her being new to California. I am not alone. A California Court last year ordered her to pay the consignee back in a sum of $ 500 (roughly) to her customer for stealing and lying. I was dinged for a much greater lose where she stole my expensive ring by lying about the real sell price. Additionally about 2K worth of dresses that we're named brands. After a year of cahsing her, she continued. I was left with her employee hiding her from me ecah time we reached out. If you pay very close attention to the yelp reviews they come from women and husbands were they felt the desire to defend against this terrble and intentional theft. Her platform is her store front in an affluent area where we are all left to trust the landlords selection of a tenant.
I want to see her either be charged for theft or the world to know they should stay clear of this owner. Gina Buccola.

Annmarie Romer was someone who brought in a ring 4 years ago. The ring was an older Cartier ring we sold for her at the agreed upon price of $1200, Annmarie was paid $600.
The woman who purchased the ring had it cleaned up and rodium plated. The woman then changed her mind and brought the ring back in to consign. Annmarie came in and saw the ring and wanted the ring back.
We could not give her back the ring she had been paid for, she needed to pay for the ring since she had already been paid for it. Annmarie is making false claims! This should not be allowed. She has been making false claims on yelp and now here. It is horrible there is places that will allow false accusations to be posted without having any proof or information.
This fake accusation needs to bbe removed. There is no truth to anything she has claimed.
