360 Morgage group llc associates Brokers in Florida 1st service morgage They pertra themselves as legal lender on Morgages then they say they are the servicer now that i stop making my payments for over 4 months now they have changed themselves now as a debt collector, thier ofice according to the payment is in Texas Nationwide
First im a disabled Viet nam Vet the supposed contract to do a refinnce is as Illegal as they get.
the loan docs say they are the legal lender plus the thrustee of a morgaged Backed securitities thrust deed .
I stopped making payments over 4 Months ago i filed a complaint with the federal Consumer Protection burea.
They do not even have a Block and Mortar address here in NC. I told them to go ahead contact thier own attorney and forclose, At Prsent the only thing i saw was someone filed a liz pendance agist my house on the Net.
Whcih is also fraud. In mY comp[laint too the federal Comsumer complaint department. for for restitution against these so called scamers I wanted them to remove themselves from my credit reports.
plus remove from the county recorders office here in Cabarrus county Nc thier supposed illegal lein that they themselves recorded. Which in fact I have a certified copy of the satifaction of Morgages from Wells fargo and others plus a certified copy of My Nc Warrenty deed free and clear of any encuberance.
They contiune to igore me and it is creating a great hardship on me and my family im Disabled vet and on ss
