I have been scammed by the above given company. I was very stupid for allowing Chris Kennedy, Matthew aka Mo and an unknown guy named Andy to complete a purchase vehicle transaction through their company. I am sure that those aren't their real names. It's been over 6 months and I still have not received my vehicle, no phone contacts, no refunds. It's been a living nightmare dealing with a fraudulent company and I've already reported them to the local police and most importantly the Federal Trade Commission. They are investigating this website. The unknown website company still have to hold their records for another 36 months and that will give us enough time to subpoena and get a hold of all the fraudulent group that they are working with. I PROMISE EVERYONE WHO HAS BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF THAT WE WILL CATCH THESE CROOKS, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I'm also putting together a group of private internet white collar investigators to gather proof and we're gonna be filing a class action lawsuit for everyone who was taken advantage of domestic and foreign.
As proof, I am attaching a copy of all the contracts that I was faxed as well as the original LLC company name that they are utilizing. I ask everyone to research the trueness of this complaint because it is serious. We have a few more weeks before we can all locate each and every original culprits with their real names and addresses including all the honest consumers who were victimized by this group. You guys can contact me for information if possible and I will also forward you guys my attorneys, private internet investigators as well as the case filed through the FTC.gov which will also help everyone who were taken advantage off through internet fraud. THAT IS NOT GONNA HELP THEM BECAUSE WE HAVE INFORMATION ABOUT WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE DOWN TO THE LAST NAMES AND REGISTERED INFORMATION WHICH IS BY LAW TAKES PROCESS BUT CAN NOT BE WITHHELD ESPECIALLY IN SERIOUS FRAUDULENT SITUATION SUCH AS THIS ONE. THEY HAVE VICTIMIZED POSSIBLY HUNDREDS OF HONEST PEOPLE AND ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. WE WILL BE GETTING THESE TEAM OF FRAUDSTERS AND WE WILL BRING THEM TO JUSTICE.
