I want to let you know about this website
1) About product. They offer brand new Cisco network equipment with 40%-80% off and secondhand product with over 90% off. It's not easy to find some accessary, like rare cable and it doesn't mean they have them in store. But they keep huge stock for some hot Cisco swiches, routers, modules and etc.
2) About shipping. If possible, they always choose DHL, but the shipping cost is too high, even higher than your product. They say, it's up to DHL not them. So I have nothing to say about it. I just know, if to America, DHL is fast.
3) About payment methods, I just choose visa and paypal. I always like use paypal, it's so convenient and facilitative.
4) About service. This is the reason i come here. They are not offer free tech support after you bought their products for a period of time. They just promise you give you free support when you buying. Later, you need pay money on these service. So don't trust their ads about free tech support, it's just beginning, not forever.
