Thank god for rip-off report because I almost went through with a second interview at 3W Marketing. The moment I walked through the door something did not feel right! I just graduated from college and am in search of a job in graphic design. I thought a marketing job would would also be a good route to go as well, so i decided to go for it. As I'm waiting for my interview there's other people coming in professionaly dressed for interviews, the two secretaries are calling people constantly to come in for interviews, all in the 10 minutes I waiting. Then I go back for my interview. The woman sits there explaining how they work with the sixers and yankees and point out a package of ticket stubs they have framed on the wall...not very impressive I must add. Then she tells me they are interviewing 21 other people today and that they would get back to the people they want to bring in for a second interview around 4 or 5 o'clock. So after 10 minutes the interview was over (no lie) and they never even looked at the 40 lb. portfolio that I hauled in there. They basically were basing my second interview on my outfit and the five words I uttered in that 10 minute interview! Seemed dicey. I've never experienced and interview situation like it. Well they called me back and said that I was chosen to come in for a second interview and that I should leave open my whole day to come in from 9-6 and that I should wear comfortable attire as I would be on my feet all day. An eight hour interview seemed very strange to me. I reluctantly agreed and set up the interview. By the grace of god I was lucky enough to come across the rip-off report for 3W Marketing before i wasted my time on the second interview which from what I've read on this site would have been horrible! For the future job hunters beware, something was not right about the company and I would definitely not recommend it! To say the least I called and cancelled my second interview!!
