Mechanics made improper aftermarket installations onto my brand new vehicles engine clogging the motors pick-up oil filter screen in the oil pan with installation silicone. This caused my vehicle to severely overheat and detonate, which severely damaged the engine with only 6,000 miles. The manager refused to ground my vehicle at the manufactures demands and provide me with a rental vehicle until the problem was found/fixed.

Tiny Metal debris were recovered from the vehicles Mobile 1 oil filter and inline oil filter as well. My vehicle has been towed at total (4) times and has had major overheating problems for the past (8) months, which is exactly how long I gave 4 wheel parts to fix my vehicle. Instead they gave me the run-around, sold me items that would not fix my vehicle, and blatantly lied to me.

Company sales representatives committed massive FRAUD against auto manufactures by installing non-calibrated (zero mile) odometers in vehicles who had been over their mileage on LEASES and vehicles who had also run out of FACTORY WARRANTIES. All major manufactures were notified of this criminal activity.

In addition, company sales representatives used pressure of speech tactics, made product performance misrepresentations, and engaged in blatant lies in order to make sales. The store manager sold products that were not compatible with my vehicle and violated the 30 day California State Law return policy when he refused to return/exchange items.

4 Wheel Parts has a nationwide "Unsatifactory Record" with the Better Business Bureau as well, which is shameful. This company has the profound arrogance and disrespect not to even answer compaints presented to them by the Better Business Bureau,which is listed on the BBB web page under company reliability reports.

I have thought about if I should post this page or not for weeks now and since I have even been blatantly lied to by the president of the company, "Mr. Greg Adler along with his lawyer", have suffered for more than (8) months, am out of pocket more than $7,500.00 in expenses/repairs, I am left with no choice, but to warn good people that might be added to the long,"List of Victims."

If I had read the BBB reliability report on 4 wheel parts or somebody would have warned me, I would have not have spent $15,000.00 at their store. If 4 Wheel Parts had been operating in any European country, their business would cease to exist overnight and the operators would be in jail.
