47TH DIGITAL RIPPED ME OFF TVICE!!! FRAUD WITH DIGITAL CAMERA AND RADAR DETECTOR. New York New York
I visited NY on 28-29/JAN/2008. When I saw on Timesquare in the screen radar detector, I was interested in more details about that. I am from Europe, where is not easy to get such things. The saleperson convinced me, that I have unique chance to budy the device, which detects all radars, all lasers and all cameras, and that is the most recent and best product. He gave me spcial discount - instead of "label" price of 999 USD I have paid 540 USD only. Then I found on internet the same device for 39,90 USD. It is quite basic device, and I am sure, that it is not able to detect camera anhow. The salesperson lied to me.
I was happy with the bargain, and thus he offered me another hot product. The most recent and "best on the market" digital camera from Sanyo. Instead of regular price of 3.000 USD I paid 995 USD "only". Nice bargain, on internet the same device is available for 300 USD. The salesperson had again lied to me, there is no optical zoom in the camera.
It is a lecture for me. Being foreigner in US, I have to rely on many different people. Perhaps I was too trustful, but I did not expect this kind of fraud.
I have to say, that the salesperson in the market were definitely not the native americans - few of them were from Arabia, the other likely from former Yougoslavia.
I will try to contact them and find a way for justification, but for now I want to warn everybody:
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM 47TH DIGITAL!!!
I saw similar reports about the same company, and I am ready to join others and get 47th digital to the court.
