Hello i have a porerty That 5 Brothers was winterizing and looking after for US Bank the bank worked with me to be able to keep the property from going into forecloser they sent there lawn service out to mow this property cause the renters had not mowed it all year
when they mowed around the house the threw rocks though my 6 yr old double pane tilt out pella window $500.00 and threw rocks into the siding which is Sears Wether beater max siding any one that has this siding knows it is not cheap $16.000 so when i arrived at the property to look at it in regards to moving back into it is when i found the damages that was on November 3rd i called five brothers about this and they wanted me to tell them what day was they there to mow now granted i have not been to this property in a while
i told them i didnt not know what day they were hear to mow i was not living here the rep named michelle got a attitude with me wanting to know the time and date it was mowed again i said i did not know then she asked how did i know they had mowed it and lucky my neighbor saw them here mowing cause the day they were here to mow it was raining and the neighbor commented why would any one mow in the rain neighbor also stated the person mowing only mowed around house and was throwing rocks and grinding rocks with the mower where this is at is very rocky area
i have tried to get a hold of a supervisor with no luck and i have made seceral calls to the company and emailed them still no response i do NOT UNDERSTAND Why a company would not have records of work being done there was a sign in sheet in the property that had dates of 10/1 10/3 10/13 but no other discriptions and how is some one to tell them when they sent some one to Mow it would be like me asking her what i had exactly for every meal in october and what time did i eat these people are a real Joke they do not want to take resonseability for any thing they have done i will call the moratge company and see if they can help since it was there money paying these clowns to manage a property

well now they are saying they were here a month eariler then they were they left a sign in sheet that has a date of 10/1/2013 10//3/2013 and 10/13/2013 so how can they have been here to mow in september when they were here in october and they said the damage done was already here they did not do it i told them they were full of crap and i will pursue this matter i hope 5 brothers become no Brothers
