It started with $60 in my account, which In return I hit using their lottery platform for $1200! I called and requested a payout on my free payout date and was told that I could only withdraw $330 because their processor was down and due to the fact other players had beaten me to payout requests which left me only able to withdraw $330! After requesting payout via moneygram, I was sent an email stating that they needed documentation for every credit card ever used on my account before payout! Heres the fraud.... when you sign up using your bank debit card, your card gets blocked due to fraudulent activity from someone they give your info too causing you to have to go purchase temporary prepaid debit cards, it is illegal to use greendot, paypal, etc to deposit money in foreign casino accounts due to possible identity theft! so when you attempt to deposit into the casino using your new prepaid debit card (since your bank blocked that site) your card keeps getting rejected. You call 5dimes and the instruct you to log out and log back in after 5mins. They go in their system and unblock your temporary card!! (THE FRAUD) Whaaalaaa...transaction successful!! The temp card is usually only good for about 3 months after purchase or until your permanent arrives in the mail being the card has that option. After barely receiving payout, I went into an online slot game (Martian Mania) and bet .1 on 40 reels for a total of. 40 and I hit spin....The game LAGGED in mid spin and once it came to a stop the amount that I BET had changed from .40 to $20. So I ended up losing an additional $20 out of the money that I originally won, that 5dimes has gave me pure hassle about paying out! I called customer service immediately, Only to be told there was NO WAY that could have happen!! But who plays 1slot game at $20 per spin....that's like giving the house money back!! These people are as CROOKED AS THEY COME and are selling US IDENTITIES of their customers on the BLACK MARKET OVERSEAS!! My bank account was suspended after reports of fraudulent activity which took place about a week after I used my bank debit to deposit money!! I was still clueless to how it could have happened so I continued using their services. I found out about thier scam thru a GA LOTTERY PLAYER FB group when I noticed other 5dimes users complaining similar things had happen to them! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!
