She is madder than a wet cat. Please get
her reinstalled asap. She has spent money for ads and days trying to
get this program in the black, and up to earning some of the money you
enticed both of us with.

have contacted with DeSOHO Support Team that her account is still valid
in DeSOHO System.
We believe that when you login to cancel your
account, you did not properly clear the browser cache or logout your
wife's account properly. Therefore, you may have cancelled your wife's
account without notice.
However, we, at 6VIA, will try to
retrieve your wife's account. We cannot ensure the account restoration
can be done successfully.
If we hear back from the IT department
regarding the restoration issues, we will send an email to your wife and
notify her.

is and I am starting this ticket on my wife's behalf.
She has tried 5 or 6 times to have the below problem
resolved. She is unable to log in and here is her info: email:
We both were paid members; but I, cancelled my
Desoho membership and just want to be a free 6via member - that's when
the problem started. My wife just paid for her subscription on June
19th.

Here is some additional info
that might help in resetting up my wife and sponser account. 11 people in her Direct team = John Callahan; Robert Knotts
and his three members; Erin Ringkamp; and She can't remember the
other names. This is info from three weeks ago.

glich occurred that deleted her account. She did not delete her
account.
