My experience at my favorites 7 Eleven store Aug 29, 2009 was the most, Discriminated, None, Compassionate, Horrible, None Delighful, None Pleasurable, Disrespectful, None satisfying & Embarrasing Fast Food store experience I ever had in my life! I am paying 6 Yr customer, I visited 7 Eleven store # 2233-1429 in 1421 Branham Ln  San Jose 95118, as usual.

My purchase consistof Jumbo Hotdog sandwich with a can of monster drink my total was $6.98+ tax. When I asked where is the mayonnaise the cashier "Sanrarawit" point with her finger is right there! I patiently waited until she finish counting the money and she come to me and with her hands dirty of money took the only one small package of mayonnaise; this package was floating into pickles juice container! and I asked if please could bring more for obvious reason when I decided to pay my lunch I saw my wallet on the floor I took my wallet from the flor and when I saw her face she was yelling to me talking in bad manner, she argue why I had opening my drink and I looked inmidiatly all my drink over the counter, I told her wasn't my mistake I explain isn't  anything wrong open drinks in the store when out of the store is hot. Since the moment she began treating me bad, for me was a simple accident, especially beging a 6 Yr customer at 7  Eleven store, I felt abused against in so many ways! when she got my lunch food and drink and throw in the trash I look her and the first thing I thought was why she is working here! she gave my money back and in presence of customer told me to leave the place. I told her to be respectful with the customer and she so mind started  to talk something about me with another customer make me feel looks like I was wrong, while also getting the run around! I asked for the manager she sarcastic told me to wait until she get done with the customer on the line I was waiting for manager information but the was worse. I explained the situation several and different times to don't treat people and customer like the way. While still waiting in the store for unexpected commitment to assist me with the information manager, owner, phone number. Started threaten to call the police if I keep one minute more in the 7 Eleven store. At the point I was extremely upset by now, I felt so disrepected and cheated! I told her buying food shouldn't be treated like that! before leave the place I looked for the Business License and I found this name "Sharma Shashi Owner" Store # 2233-1429 and wasn't enough information when I was leaving the store I noticed to the female making a call to the police station by phone  so I decided to get out from the place and from my car do the same thing  call the police to file report for a civil suit against this this store. I was in my right to file a complaint against this bad example of employee named "Sanrarawit" no matter it take.

I got a terrible experience with this store, I am a citizen of the United Stated and never but never in my life I had been mistreated, embarrased, given the run around! anyone in my position would have been rightfully upset and felt totally disrespected!

7-eleven has been getting some bad "employees" who are substandard and poorly trained without good customer care consideration what so ever. Peole find it petty when a customer complains and I feell if someone does'nt then nothing changes. Good for you have someone take notice

YOu can't file a civil suit over bad customer service. They gave you your money back and told you to leave.

Thats what you should do.
