To whom it may concern,

We have been scammed by a website development company in Seattle (last know in Tukwila) :7th DIMENSION GROUP - www.7thdi.com LUKE NGUYEN (CEO (Program Manager at Microsoft)

DAVID PATACSIL (owner)  (Willamette University College of Law)

JERRY LAPUZ

DRAKE (RODERICK) BUENBRAZO

We dont want anyone else to fall into their scams, DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Here is what happened :

We are a local Photography Album company located in Seattle.  In March 2008, we hired a company called 7th Dimension Group to build our website for us.  Their office was located in Bellevue Downtown.  We visited their office twice, and everything seems normal.  So, we hired them to build/develop our website & online ordering/database system. At the beginning, they claimed itd take 3 months to finish the entire project and the Beta version will be delivered before June 2008. By stating they have multiple programmers in their company, they emphasized and promised that theyll never get the project late since they have backup programmers.  A penalty clause, with 5% deduction for every week past the deadline, was even included in the contract, to ensure on time delivery, or so we thought.  We signed the contract and paid $9000 for the deposit.

At the time that wed been waiting for 6 weeks or so, we were supposed to have weekly update. However, they frequently claimed they forgot to send updates, or had nothing to update us. We visited their office again, in order to figure out a clue of their irresponsible act. The sort of ridiculous explanation we got was that one of their project managers ran away or quitted with all our project documents so they had to start all over. With this non-sense excuse, we were very disappointment to have wasted 6 weeks, and we really needed to have this project completed by Sep, 2009 before we attend a trade show in October. It was already too late
