8 Mile Road Moving & Storage Horribile Customer Service & Damages Caused Livonia Michigan
Horrible customer service and horrible experience. Hired company to move a pool table from backyard neighbor to my home. Specifically said you have to drive around block but it is less than a mile. Showed up late with no truck. Did not protect our table during moving and damaged it also damaged our neighbors home and lead mover smelled strongly of alcohol. Wanted to short pay and speak to management about damages and issues, when lead called them June proceeded to tell me I never said they needed a truck and they moved everything properly which was 100% false. Called owner Denis today told us his guy said he wasn't drinking and that they did everything fine they wont discuss damages and hung up and now refuses to answer our phone calls. See you in court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
