Satisfaction guardanteed! My foot. I'm still clening up after these guys. Nails and pieces of shingle are everywhere in my lawn and flower beds. A 5 year old boy walking down the alley with his father stepped on a nail which had a piece of shingle attached, I live on an alley. CLEANUP, RIGHT. Also these guys apparently can only count to five, I was told they use six nails on every shingle. Straight lines and trim are in the eyes of the beholder. What are these clear pieces of paper? sticking outfrom under these shingles. Correct me if i'm wrong, but arn't the heads of nails supposed to be under the shingles? Need I go on, I did not do my homework on this company, failed to do a background check. Live and learn, dont make the mistake i did.

A man shows up at my door with a card says 800newlook Insurance Experts and listed as a Superintendent by the name of Dean Pauli. Why is is when these type of people never have their home or business address on their card? Any way he told my wife he was here to correct a building violation that dates back 20 months. Apparently he went on the roof and when came down he stated the violation had been corrected. I called his sell phone # to talk about this and he got upset. So then I went to city hall and talked to the building department and they stated the violation is still valid and they intend to mail them another letter to finish the job. 800NEWLOOK is still a joke. Defrauding any body they can.

It has been 17 months since the (new) was put on and I'm still waiting to complete the job. The city of Hazel Park is still waiting for a responce From Mr Engalls and Mr Price. They never obtained a permit and corrected code violations. I called their office and the secretary took my message, still waiting. These guys must believe their above the Law. BBB has them listed as a B+ company, what a joke. Still waiting for a responce from Angies List.

I recently had catarac sugery on both eyes and my eyesite has returned. I look at my roffing job and I swear my 8 year old grandson could do it better. The supervisor did the garage roof and it looks like crap. Must have used all of the cut shingles from the house. And its been over a year since the City of Hazel gave them a code violation and they choose to ignore it. Still finding nails and bits of old shingles. These people are a joke, dont hire them.

Not only did they not get a permit, they did not do the roofing to code. The city inspector looked at the job and found that it was not up to code. A letter was sent to 800NEWLOOK and they told the inspector that I was ontacted which was a lie. Still waiting for them. 09-31-2010 The job was done in late April.

After finding out that they did not get a permit from the city, and looking at the left side of my roof more closley from the front it looks like they installed the shingles blind folded. My 3 year old grandson could have done a better job!
