I'm sorry if you don't believe me. I was truly a customer, was ripped off myself for quite a while. for some fluke reason, I did get refund (read the multiple posts) - and got a free jersey, too. so was thankful. still in college, can use the $ back.. but have noticed other folks have still had problems since then. not sure why I got mine back, but was glad...and truly believed there was an improvement in the management. Have read other posts besides yours since got my $ back that are similar to yours. I did notice the other day that the website was down again. don't know how to help others not get taken. search Jerseykings at this site for more complaints. don't know if you can get more help there. they were the same company. but changed names. 20 reports filed there. you'll see mine there, too as I had posted complaint in as many places as I could to try to stop this back in January 2005 -- December 2004 was when I was first ripped off.

I sent a check for $429.94 for 6 throwback jerseys, which was cashed July 5, 2006.I never received the jerseys, nor did I receive a refund, nor a response to numerous emails, phone calls, and letters. I went to my local (Edison, NJ)police station to file a fraud report,I sent letters to the BBB of Southern California, the California Dept. of Justice, and all I ever received from "Bob" was an email calling me a thief and a b*****d.This was on December 23, 2006. I really do not believe that anyone who wrote an update thanking "Bob" (his name is Bobby Nooravi) for a refund and a jersey were actual customers. Bobby Nooravi is a criminal-his crime is Theft By Deception, according to police. I learned my lesson,"Buyer Beware"..I sent him money in good faith, and it has been almost a year and a half. No resolution, just a ripoff of my hardearned money.

I just tried to call the phone # on the 818jerseys.com site and got the voice mail again. I left my phone # - will see if you call me back. I also just sent an email to the [email protected] address on the 818jerseys.com web site....I attached copies of all the 27 emails I have regarding this issue....ones I have sent to 818jerseys.com that were read....that were undeliverable...and ones I sent to various agencies reporting your lack of response to my order and my requests. All you have to do is send the jersey that I ordered and paid for in good faith....and you cashed my check nearly 2 years ago now....

We have had our business for over 5 years and have sold over 30,000 jerseys. It would not be reasonable to expect zero complaints but our aim is to take care of every customer as we, ourselves were that customer. Things happen, we have had employees make mistakes, sending out incorrect orders, we have also had to make changes in management, we have had delays on shipments coming to us and shipments going out as well, and the US mail system hasn't been foolproof either. These are some of the everyday obstacles of runnimng a business. We are not sure exactly why you didn't receive the correct order and we have had no luck in our attempts to contact you. Please contact us and we will most certainly make it right and resolve your issue. Bob 818jerseys.com

Help stop 818jerseys.com / Jersey Kings / Bobby Nooravi from ripping people off this christmas season, try to update or bring all of the 818jerseys.com / Jersey Kings complaints back to life, police reports have been filed with new information about the scam artists and if there are aenough complaints we may get some action
