Complaint Review: 881-home - Tucson Arizona

This guy David Kinas drives around looking at homes in Tucson In an attempt to rip people off. He did not rip me off thanks to the power of the internet. I'm just reporting this guy in an attempt to make sure he longer victimizes other indiviuals/and or family's in Tucson. I own a home in Tucson that is in unlivable condition. It is basically a shell and land. It was involved in a fire in early 2010. I purchased the home in this state in late 2010 after it came to market. I bought the home in its current condition in which transients had been coming in and out for some time prior to my purchase. This home sat on the street for 3 yrs, bought in august 2010, without being disturbed by the city. I have attempted to secure the property many times and transients to continue to enter the building.

On Wednesday, August 7th, 2013, David Kinas showed up to my girlfriends house in an attempt to locate me to discuss the property i own in which he had an interest in purchasing. I asked how he located me considering I do not have any legal ties to my girlfriends home. He proceeded to look the info up at the city assessors website and used my 1 time mailing address assuming this was my home. He proceeded to inform me that he had seen the vacant property Monday, August 5th, 2013. Not knowing what kind of scumbag he was I told him he was more than welcome to look at the property and make me an offer. He went by the property Wednesday, August 7th, 2013 later that afternoon only to call me and inform me that I had a notice from the city stating that I own an unsecure building and that I needed to remedy the problem immediately. The city then proceeded to secure the building without my authorization and will be billing me for this service anywhere between 4-6 weeks and are not sure what the full bill will be. I think it's pretty coincidental that 2 days after Mr. Kinas had seen the property the city shows up from complaints. They never once showed up in the 3 yrs of previous ownership. the only way the city will show up if someone calls. If no one called the first 3 yrs then the obvious answer is that David Kinas called them on me in an attempt to create more problems than I could afford, Thus causing me to sell the property to him at a reduced rate. He also informed me that the house had extensive fire damage thinking I don't know anything about construction. I think this is curious considering the city inspector that I met this morning told me the fire damage was minimal and the only thing I needed to do was secure the building with corrugate steel instead of wood and clean up the landscaping per city policy.

Well, unfortunately for David Kinas I have a truck, trailer, yard tools, and a bunch of extra steel sheet from another job. I'm also well versed in construction and am in no need of extra money. I make well enough at my job. I think it's rude that he showed up to my girlfriends house, he should have mailed me a letter. I don't know who he is nor do I appreciate him coming and bothering me. I also don't appreciate him poking around a home I own and calling in complaints to city which were unwarranted by him. He does not live in the neighborhood nor does he have any business tooling around other people's homes, trespassing on property he does not own, and causing trouble with the city of Tucson because he want's to prey on people that need money. He is currently being sued by some other residents of Tucson for unorthadox business practice because he tried to rip them off.

Although he did not rip me off i think he needs to be exposed for attempting to rip hard working individuals and family's. He is a useless scumbag who should be ousted from his business by simply refusing to do it with him. If everyone in Tucson is armed with this information he will not be able to continue and hopefully or eventually lose his home, carreer, and assets. Here is the best part. He is too old to restart his life. Please tell everyone you know and get this guy on the streets where he belongs with the rest of the indigent population. He also thinks it's okay to be condescending when he speaks with you. GET HIM GONE< HE IS A THIEF, THIEF, THIEF. The cherry on the cake was him calling me today in a attempt to continue negotiating a sale. What a burger. Avoid him at all costs.
