I received a call from Startup Essentials in response to a survey relating I had an interest in starting up an internet business. He talked a very fast talk and the next thing I knew I was being transferred to an account financial advisor. He stated that this would be my one and only chance. I explained that I was disabled; a home business would be the thing for me.
At the beginning of the interview, I was told that very few people who applied for their services actually qualified. It was explained how I would receive training in all aspects (the Journey), be provided with many "free" and otherwise difficult, expensive tools and services to make my business successful and easy to run. Then, because of the characteristics that I portrayed in the interview, I was selected!
Then they put me through to someone from a different department and the next thing I knew they had I signed up for 36 months. It was then that I was told that I would receive a start up kit, would only pay them a small amount of my profit. They would provide all of this and would be always available to contact for coaching and other needs, for only $119 (not sure the exact amount) a month. Wasn't that great?
Then all we needed to do was to go through the paperwork. I would be committing to this for 36 months (I was committed, wasn't I?) Then there were boxes for me to initial and sign right on my screen. I was signing a 36 month non-cancelable contract!
After realizing the impact of what I had done, I called to cancel. No. When is first draft? What other fee would I be charged? A-1's fee, iPayment fee, merchant account fee and other fees depending on your line. I just took the bk out of the box and the fees will start in 3 wks! Support would be for 1 yr but I am leased for 3 yrs?

I signed via computer one set of forms. The final lease agreement was different than the forms I signed via computer. My signature was copied over and over again to complete the "require" lease agreement. The form I saw on my screen, I entered NA to equipment since I did not want the computer. No where on the final lease agreement did the NA appear. How can my signature be identical on so many forms with the method of signing that was used? I initialed four boxes w a person on the line. How did my initials get to the top of a four page lease? I was not asked if my credit could be pulled. Was my credit part of the criteria?

What am I to do? My first payment to A-1 is due soon. My utility bill has arrived. Which bill do I pay? I told Jason Miller I was disabled. I have not started the pieces of the journey so how long till I have an income to cover the payments? Where am I to get this payment? Ted and Jason Miller made a mistake with me since I do not have the funds to make the payments. I don't care how many emails (good or bad-Nicole) are sent, recording or not - how do I pay this payment????? How long till I have an income to cover the payments? Your criteria for qualifying people should include their level of computer literacy and sales background. Please let me know how I am to pay this bill! No money down was only the beginning of my money situation.
