The ABCHI franchise in the USA has been granted to Brett Fick, former Chem-Dry Sr. Franchise Director of USA/CAN. The acquisition has helped A Buyer's Choice now become one of the best franchises to own in 2019. Over 1300 inquiries a month are pouring into the company and Mr. Fick has projected growth upwards of 1500+ units by 2025, which would make them the largest inspection brand in the world.
They currently are in multiple continents but plan on being in all 50 states by 2020. Bill Redfern, CEO & Chairman will be stepping down from the company by 2020. Mr. Fick was known at Chem-Dry for helping contribute to rapid expansion. They grew almost 200 franchises per year during his time there. His modern day marketing techniques will help funnel business to inspectors worldwide at very low overhead.
Canadian Regions will still be operated by Rick Mayuk & Martin Fiesel, who have seen tremendous growth in 2019 already, projecting over 100+ new franchises and hundreds more inspectors.

The complaint is not of the individual Franchisees. CORPORATE ABC and Regional Owners dupe individuals into buying franchises by providing documentation that is false and misleading. Unit Franchisees (the inspectors) are the victims.
Please review Ripoff report #1218606.

I find this report be extremely invalid. Consideriing getting into the business I have done my research and came across this report. Before the report, I have already done my investigation of this company. I have contacted realtors who have used them and also been out on ride along inspections with unit franchise owners themselves. What I have found is that there inspectors are doing roughly 3 inspections a day, are known positively in the community, and are successful. If anyone is unfamiliar with franchise operations, you can refer to Franchising for Dummies. In this book it will explain unti franchises as a norm and not some sort of scam.
Perhaps the person writting the report was not able to abide by his contractual obligations after engaging in business with A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections. I feel that review sites should really investigate before allowing any such reports to go publically online as most of them are absolutely not valid.
As in any business, there will always be unhappy customers who write unhappy reports. Most unsatisfied reports are due to customers not getting there way. Such as the viral video showing a lady vandalizing a fast food drive thru, because chicken nuggets were not available at the time SHE wanted them. I am sure she also has written a report.
Anyone considering going into business with ABCHI, please look into this before you dismiss the opportunity. Meet multiple inspectors as they are onsite at homes doing their business. Ask realtors. Once you do, you will see just how false this is.

Hi I am just wondering if you still have complaints going on about this company. I noticed the last rip off report was dated 2 years ago. I was just wondering if that was all cleared up or do they still have issues. I am interested in obtaing one of their franchises.
