A & M Photo World False Advertising Major Ripoff Scam Internet
What an experience! This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I wanted to purchase a digital camera from this company. I called them to make sure all items were included for the price of $219.00. The customer rep assured me that everything I was wanting was included.
I ordered the camera online the same night. The next day I received an email stating to contact the company to process my order. I called and it took me over 4 hours of calling to receive someone When I spoke to the person (ext. 773), I am guessing it was a customer service rep., they said that I would have to purchase a battery and battery charger for an extra $60.00!! Just the previous day they told me it was included. I told him that and he said I don't know who you spoke to, but that was wrong. I told him then, I did not want the battery and charger and I would just take the camera, and he said, no, we will just cancel your order!! What a joke!
I cancelled my order and I contacted my bank to let them know not to authorize this company on my credit card. Beware of this company! They are false advertising there prices!!
