A Team Moving and Storage after 21 days of requesting delivery, delivered my items. Well they conveniently forgot to deliver inventory # 102. After a 10 day demand letter, and requesting for that inventory item to be returned to me. They conveniently concluded those items disappeared.

On top of this my furniture was delivered, chipped, broken, and destroyed. I have boxes gone through by the thieves at A Team Moving and Storage. And the ducktaped securely packed rubber box that contained all my tools and screws to reattach my furniture, conveniently disappeared along with the plastic bags they were ziplocked into. So now I have a bed I can't sleep in because I can't put it together, a dresser that is cracked because it was moved carelessly and smashed on the ground by the movers, and a dresser that can't have a mirror since the screws are conveniently missing. And an expensive painting that is ruined beyond repair. The box that was protecting it, has a conveniently smashed in area showing a fist that had punched it. How convenient to destroy my expensive painting and deliver it that condition.

The people I dealt with are MARY LEE, SHEILA, MICHEL GRAMBLY, and AVRAHAN KADOCH. AVRAHAN KADOCH conveniently can't be contacted and conveniently can't find my missing items that just disappeared from a warehouse that has video surveillance that I was told by MARY LEE both orally and in writing that my items were just fine since they were under video surveillance. SHEILA can't seem to read a contract, if you have to deny that you picked up my items, then why you would write down the 2 items that were supposedly never picked up and put it on a contract???? doesn't make sense. Since one of my items inventory #100 was delivered to me. So where is inventory#101 SHEILA AND AVRAHAN KADOCH??? Probably be conveniently used by you. RIGHT?

I have asked nicely to have my missing inventory items be returned to me. Those items are my legal property not yours. And by stealing, conveniently misplacing them you are TREPASSING ON MY CHATTELS, and committing a FELONY! All I want is my conveniently missing items to be returned to me.

Otherwise I will keep complaining. BBB has 2 reports regarding this issue, Texas Attorney General has been contacted, TX-DOT has been contacted, Federal Transportation has been contacted, Plano, Denton, and Little Elm Police Department have all been contacted..and I will keep complaining until my items are returned to their rightful owner, which is me.
