A To Z auto Salvage liars and very nasty to deal with Palmetto, Georgia
I ordered a engine wiring harness and computer for a 2000 Chevy S10 and got 2001 model year parts (not compatible) returned them and was promised the correct parts, but I can not get any time frame for them. ordered and paid for parts 3/23/2011 and received wrong parts 3/24/2011 returned parts 3/28/2011 called today 3/30/2011 and was told I would get the F**king parts when I get them. I asked nicely to please get me an ETA on the Parts and was told F%%K you Dan. At no time did I curse at the person or be rude. I asked for the parts or my money Back. they charged $350.00 plus tax $24.50. I would prefer to have the parts. what is my recourse???

If you paid by credit card and what Lisa says isn't true, you may have to file a dispute with the card company.
If you didn't pay with card, you may have to kick some as*.

After 2 attempts to get customer the right part because he really did not know what he needed. He needed the first wiring harness and he took that part with him. Word to the do it yourselfer. Make sure you have the vin number on your vehicle and if possible bring old part and all information needed. We are not responsible for the ordering of incorrect parts. Customer left with parts and was satisfied....
