Muhammad has pending litigation upon him from some of his old and recent interpretors. I'm in court right now fighting him to get the money he owes me. He has lied to his interpretors when it comes to what they will get paid. He does it to them until he is in bad with them then takes money from their pay checks more than what is agreed upon, which is 60% of what the company takes for the appointment.

I was given less and less until I was only getting 2/3 of what I was getting. I grew frustrated and chose to talk to a laywer. He owes me in the thousands and will now have to be litigated in court as he refused to pay the wages that were initially agreed upon. I'm only one person of many, most he did not rip off as bad, so they were more and likely to forget about it and not think its worth bringing to court.

A to Z prevails over the fabricated allegations

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

This information is highly misleading and not true, A to Z world Languages had a litigation with only one interpreter out of more than 600 plus interpreters that the company went through in its nine years of doing business in Sioux Falls South Dakota and a round the world, the outcome of that case was that the judge did not find A to Z guilty of the allegations that were brought by this interpreter.

In 2008 the company hired a new bookkeeper who  ran a complete internal audit on the company, as a result she  found many inconsistencies in Zaks account payments, the result showed that he owed the company for mistakes in payments, like getting paid for an apointment he didn't go to, getting paid twice in travel time for the same trip, ect, So the company deducted the overpayment from his last check and also stopped using the interpreter.

Zak didnt like that, and decided to sue the company, Zak lost the case and the judge found that the deductions applied by the companey were justified.

The record of this case is public information easily accessed by Minnehaha County Court House, the case number for that issue is (Civ. 09-1235).

A to Z World languages is always clear with its payment policy to all of the interpreters we have, at the time of entrance we explain our compensation policy and provides the interpreter with all of the payment schedule and gives them a log in sheet to keep track of their own appointments, we have been in business since 2003 and our success is owed in a large portion by the way we treat our interpreters, we always treat them with respect, appreciation and do our best to offer them the best rates in the market, the company has never denied payment to an interpret that worked for us.

If you have any questions on this case or any thing else please call me and i will be happy to talk to you
