The dirtbag's name that was the manager at this shop was NICK, they sent him the jerk to another store who know's if he is even still with the company. I had a rear main seal possibly leaking. He stated that all of the transmission would have to be taken out anyway to get to that so why not just freshen up the transmission. I did tell him it jerked every now and then. I told him I will not get in a situation where I am spending $1,000's of dollars. He assured me that would not be the case. The dirtbag takes the truck apart and then starts saying it would be $1,700 dollars and look at the bright side at least it is cheaper than a new vehicle. JERK. I told him over my dead body would that happen. He said he needed to call his District Manager and get approval and the idiot called me and said he could do it for $1300. Needless to say I got screwed and that's what I get for believing the jerkoff.
When I was at NTB Next door to this shop the shop foreman was the one that walked me over to the Transmission shop A plus next door. I learned later from a lady that works at NTB that the shop foreman gets $100 bill every time he walks a customer over to his buddy next door. I am not prejudiced but the owner whom is a Pakastani is an piece of scum. I spoke to him and he suggested I talked to Nick the same dirtbag that helped me to begin with. I would not suggest you spent a dime at this shop, they are cons, dishonest, liars and do not treat people the way they would like to be treated. It is funny because when I got the truck the 1st time the d**n thing would not even back out it was sticking in gears, I brought it back and the mexicans in the back when they got through did not even screw plates back in or put some bolts back in there were literally hanging off the underpart of my vehicle. These knuckleheads
have old old old pictures/polaroids to be exact hanging up in their shop that they claim have had a great experience there at their shop. YEAH RIGHT!
BEWARE MAN! Stay away from any A+ Transmission shops. Once they have your vehicle you are screwed and will have to have it towed out of there otherwise. Bait and Switch job. They have your crap taken apart what the freak are you going to do, they have you by the you know what. I SUGGEST get some1 you can trust, check them out check the BBB also especially with transmission places. I got bit and they did nothing more than install a kit of some kind that did not do crap.
They gave me an expensive option $1700 with more bells and whistles, I was like I don't think so. I had to bring it back once with the leaking starting again.
