Unhappy with shoddy work and they refused to fix it.
Toilet would not stop running, one faucet was stripped, replaced one pipe with a broken pipe. Overcharged for the work, no license for work that they performed.
Put in pipe not recomended by the city.
Sinks backed up, tub backed up after having all my pipeing re-plumbed.
Had to call other plumbers out 3 times to fix their work.

no shoddy work was performed, women was simply unreasonable and very difficult to deal with. permits were pulled for the job and all work approved by city. in fact inspector mentioned to plumber how good all work looked. tried to explain in detail all aspects of job for at least one hour prior to starting work because i could tell she was very untrusting. she not only agreed to price but called a friend to confirm if that was a fair price. i left and she called 20 minutes after leaving house to give us the job with absolutely no pressure from us to do work. replaced water main, repiped water piping and drain piping under home. as well as replaced a toilet and lavatory faucet for no charge. installed new kitchen faucet and when she said she did not like it i immediately took it out went to supply house and picked up another faucet for her. finished entire job in one day and had water back on by same night. was never told of any problems until one year later when she angrily called and said she had multiple stoppages and had called out several other plumbers. when we tried to explain just because you replace drain lines does not necessarily mean you are stoppage free do to hair clogging up traps or lint from washing machine she became very angry and irrate. i tried to illustrate the situation to her in several different ways but her only response was that she will never recommend us to anyone. i then told her to have a nice day as there was no reasoning with this women. we have been in business for 27 years and pride ourselves on customer satisfaction first and foremost. i wish ripoff report would look into situations more fully before posting slander about a company who has worked extremely hard to build a solid reputation. sincerely aaron woodward.
