A1 LRS Realty Service Rental rip off California Nationwide
I looked on Craigslist for an apartment for rent. I came across a property that looked promising. I replied to the Craigslist ad with my phone number to further be in touch with the property owner. I received an email and a text message telling me to complete an application with a refundable application fee. I applied and the fee was paid through PayPal. My application was approved and the money debited from my account. I received an email stating, "Your application for A1 LRS Realty Services has now approved. You can log in now to using your username and password. Now you can see the property with a contract number. Please call this number and set up your appointment now. If you have any questions, or problems, then please do not hesitate to contact us."
I logged into the website but I could not find the property I was looking for. I found a property for a similiar price but different pictures. In the email, it states that there would be a contract number to call. However, on the property I found, not the one I was interested in, there was not a phone number to call.
The A1 LRS website does have a phone number to call. I called it. It was a robot answering service. I did not leave a message.
I replied to the email that I receieved asking for help because I cauld not find a contract number.
