When the owner of a company answers the phone by saying, "How did you get my number," you know there's a problem. I hired A2Z to transport a vehicle from Arizona to Virginia. They asked for a $155 deposit, which I paid with my Visa card. Mark Murphy of A2Z said, "We'll have it picked up within the next three days and we'll have it all wrapped up in ten." He said he'd be calling the man I was buying the vehicle from that very day. First sign of trouble: The seller never got a call. I decided to give it a week and see what happened. After a week, I call Mark Murphy. What's going on, I ask. "The trucks are in rotation," he says. What does that mean? I think it means we are behind and we can't find anyone to transport your vehicle right now. That would have been fine with me. All they had to do was be honest with me. I decided to give them another week. In the meantime, I find a couple of complaints about the owner, Kurt Mitstifer here on Ripoff Report. Another week goes by. No word. So I hire another company for a lot more money. I call Mark Murphy and tell him I'd like a refund. OK, he says, no problem. But I'm getting this feeling they have no intention of giving me my money back. The whole operation seemed sleazy to me. I said to Mark Murphy, "This isn't going to be a problem getting my money back, is it?" No, he says. No problem. That night Murphy calls me and says, "I found someone to move your truck. Is there any way we can save this?" No thanks, I said. Two weeks go by. No refund. So I call the company and get Kurt Mitstifer on the phone. He wants to know how I got his number. I guess if you're cheating people out of their money then you don't want them calling you and bothering you about it. I told him I wanted a refund. He says there's a cancellation fee. I said, that's BS. The contract says, "$75 cancellation fee, no refunds after dispatched." I said, no truck was ever dispatched, so there should be no cancellation fee. He said, we put all your information into the computer, though. I said, Does that cost $75? He didn't have an answer for that. But later he says, technically, the truck was dispatched, so you owe us $75. The truck was dispatched? OK, so two weeks later, where is it? Kurt tried everything he could to not lose the deal. He said, Will you be using us in the future? No. He said, If you're giving another company more money to transport your car, why not give the money to us and let us do it? No, I said, because I won't do business with a company that lies to me. I want my money back, I said. Kurt says, you're not getting all of it back. I'll give you half of it. I said, I'll report you to the Florida Attorney General's Office. He says, Then you'll get nothing. Avoid this company at all costs. They're liars and thieves. I have reported them to the state attorney general and also to the local Better Business Bureau. I had a bad feeling about them from the beginning and I should have followed my instinct. I notified Visa early on in the process because I was getting such a bad vibe about the whole thing. They have refunded me my money and now they are going after Kurt Mitstifer. I see that Kurt is supposedly into real estate and marketing and such in South Florida. I can only imagine the kind of crap this sociopath is getting up to in that department.

A2Z Logistics LLC VS Joseph F**** Dispute settled
Joseph F**** signed a contract that stated: "$75.00 cancellation fee no refunds after dispatched."
Since it was both canceled and dispatched the company is entitled to the $150.00 deposit. The company did not dispute the charge back so Joseph F**** was refunded the money even though Mr. F**** does not understand contract law. Resorts to threats and intimidation to get out of contractual obligations.
